Before Gold Gymnastics: Leaving a Legacy on Young Lives Since 2011

Founded in 2011, Before Gold Gymnastics is dedicated to "Leaving a Legacy on Young Lives." Under the leadership of head coach and owner Brianna Fraser, our passionate coaching staff creates a safe and joyful environment for children to learn gymnastics. We focus on instilling essential values such as self-discipline, teamwork, and good morals, empowering young athletes to give their best and apply these skills to other sports and activities throughout their lives.

Our commitment to this mission is reflected in our daily operations as we teach the art of gymnastics to boys and girls ages 2 and up. Before Gold Gymnastics offers a variety of programs, including private lessons, competitive teams, tumbling, acro/rhythmic tumbling, cheer lessons for tryouts, conditioning classes, open gym sessions, camps, events, competitions, showcases, and more.

Meet Coach Bri.

Coach Bri. is a former competitive athlete with decades of experience in coaching cheer, tumbling, dance, and gymnastics across beginner to competitive levels. As the owner of Before Gold Gymnastics, she oversees multiple locations in Florida, in addition to offering mobile camps and clinics since 2011. With over 1,000 athletes trained under her guidance, many have achieved awards and recognition at state, national, and international competitions.
